OPERATOR DID NOT ENGAGE PARKING BRAKE WHEN DISMOUNTING MACHINE AND DID NOT TURN OFF MACHINE BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO WORK ON MACHINE. OPERATOR WANTED TO ADJUST LINKAGE ON MACHINE WHILE RUNNING AN D ACCIDENTLY MACHINE WAS BUMPED INTO REVERSE, KNOCKING HIM DOWN AND FRACTURING HIS ANKLE.
