LARUE WAS PREPARING TO INSTALL TWO LOWER TRACK ROLLERS ON THE D8H TRACTOR. IN ORDER TO LIFT IT FOR CLEARANCE LARUE LOWERED THE RIPPER TOOTH TO THE REAR OF THE UNIT AND POWERED IT INTO THE GROU ND. THIS CAUSED IT TO LIFT OFF THE TWO REAR PEDESTALS IT WAS SET ON AND RESULTED IN A THREE POINT SUPPORT. AS LARUE WAS CLIMBING OUT OF THE CAB, HE FELT THE TRACTOR START TO TIP TO ITS RIGHT
