Worker was moving a piece of stone and stone dropped on foot, worker was diagnosed with an ankle strain/sprain and is released for modified work.

Miner was splitting stone with hammer and chisel. Chisel slipped and he hit his left hand.
THE OPERATOR WAS DRIVING THE BULLDOZER PARALLEL TO A SOLID SLOPE. THE EQUIPMENT SLID APPROX. 4-5' TO AN 18-24" DROP OFF. THE DOZER ROLLED OVER ON ITS SIDE. THE MINER WAS RELEASED TO WORK THE NEXT DAY. DOZER WAS INOPERABLE FOR 2 DAYS TO ALLOW FLUIDS TO RETURN TO NORMAL.
EE WAS STRIKING HAMMER TO METAL CHISEL WHEN HAMMER HIT HIS THUMB.
