BLOWING SAND & DUST, CAUSING THE EE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR & HAVE HIS EYES WASHED. WE LATER DISCOVERED, AFTER RECEIVING THE MEDICAL RECORDS, THAT THE DOCTOR GAVE HIM AN OINTMENT FOR HIS EYES FROM HIS SAMPLE STOCK. THEREFORE THIS REPORT IS PREPARED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE DOCTOR GAVE HIM A TREATMENT.
