Employee was welding. A piece of metal fell onto a can of spray paint. It punctured and caused a flame. The flame burned the leg of the employee.

Mechanic was using a hand grinder to cut a notch in a piece metal. The grinding wheel pinched in the metal, traveled out of the notch and skipped across the mechanics left index knuckle. Mechanic was taken to the ER, the wound was washed, and ee received stiches. The mechanic returned to work the next day.
