THE MECHANIC EE AND OPERATOR OTHER WERE ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR THE CRUSHER. THEY HAD A CHAIN AROUND THE TOP TO TWIST IT OFF AND THE CHAIN BROKE. THE END WHIPPED ACROSS HIS LEG AND FRACTURED IT.
