Fall to the walkway or working surface
On Friday, June 28th EE was walking to the value to fill up the water truck. EE started to walk alongside the tanks and EE's right leg slipped out in front of EE causing EE's knee to twist making EE to fall backwards. EE injured EE's right knee and dislocated EE's patella.
