M R TANNER MINING INC · Fall onto or against objects

Employee was helping to dig out a conveyor when they walked around the skid steer and stepped on the skid steer bucket when they slipped and fell on the bucket causing their hard hat to fall off and hitting their head on the bucket bolt. This caused a laceration on the top of their head requiring 15 staples.
