EE smashed left ring finger.

Employee exited equipment due to bees. MRI done 11/9 and confirmed cracked bone 11/14. Not aware of severity until then.
Employee bent down to check cord. When attempting to stand employee could not fully extend leg or walk on leg.
Employee was grinding iron; small sliver of steel got under safety glasses and lodged into right eye.
