Patrick Lovins was working on the jaw of crusher and injured their left ring finger resulting in 3 stitches.
Employee was checking coolant in a vehicle. The coolant sprayed when EE opened the radiator causing EE to fall and hit EE's shoulder.
Adjusting forks on a forklift and one of the forks slipped and lacerated the injured worker's right thumb

Ramsons, Contractor B-5026 had contract employees on site pouring concrete piers. The pier form came lose causing it to buckle. Two of the contract employees fell,one had an ankle injury, one had a strained back.

Employee was assisting in unloading iron beams. piece of metal slipped and hit them on the top of the right forearm. Causing a bruise to the arm.
Employee injured while removing rock from portable crusher by falling rock. Resulted in transport to hospital for emergency treatment of broken leg.
