Ramsons, Contractor B-5026 had contract employees on site pouring concrete piers. The pier form came lose causing it to buckle. Two of the contract employees fell,one had an ankle injury, one had a strained back.

Employee was assisting in unloading iron beams. piece of metal slipped and hit them on the top of the right forearm. Causing a bruise to the arm.
