The employee is an office employee, not a miner. EE was moving a small concrete statue that was dropped off by a customer for recycling in the parking lot area. The employee walked up to the area in the parking lot to place the statue and as EE walked away, EE's foot slid and EE rolled EE's left ankle.

Employee was trying to loosen a 3-inch coupler. They pulled the pipe wrench and put their whole body into it. As they pulled down and it started to loosen, they felt a muscle pull on the right side of lower back.
