The employee (#1) contacted another employee (#2) to relieve ee from the front end loader because ee wasn't feeling well. Employee (#1) came to the office to rest. EE became pale, felt shortness of breath, and started feeling numbness throughout whole body. EE lay down in the recovery position and the office manager called for EMS
Employee was removing rocks from jaw crusher with digging bar. The bar slipped loose from a rock, causing the miner to lose balance and pinch left ring finger between the digging bar and safety rail.

Was hooking up chain to lift generator. They were ready to lift generator and employee's finger got caught in chain.
