Miner was lowering the bottom section of a folding ladder and pinched finger in the joint of the ladder as it came down cutting finger at the base of the fingernail on left hand.

Crew was on a liner change. EE was unbolting the rec. hopper while standing on the motor stand. His wrench slipped off the bolt he lost his footing and fell backward approx. 42" down onto the stand deck landing on his left shoulder blade and head. EE went to the ER and examined and released with bruising. Dr. inst.him to stay home a few days, if the pain persisted to get an MRI.

While performing a simons cone disassembly the injured party was guiding the cable used to pull the cone head around to unscrew the bowl assembly. He went readjust the position of the cable just as pressure was applied and 3 of the fingers on his right had became pinched between the cable and bowl assembly of the cone fracturing the tips of his fingers.
