WHILE LOOSENING NUTS ON JAW CRUSHER WITH WRENCH THE NUT BROKE FREE AND THE WRENCH SMASHED #5 RIGHT FINGER AGAINST CORNER OF JAW CRUSHER FRAME CUTTING IT. INJURY RESULTED IN 6 STITCHES.
