SN EE, WATER TRUCK DRIVER WAS FILLING UP THE WATER TANK AT THE CRUSHER WHEN HE WAS CLIMBING SOWN THE LADDER HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL FACE FIRST TO THE GROUND WITH HIS FOOT STILL CAUGHT IN THE LADDER. HAS A CRACKED PELVIS.
