ATTEMPTING TO DISINGAGE A THROTTLE ON A WELD TRUCK WHILE FAN WAS RUNNING. GLOVE PULLED INTO FAN BREAKING 2 FINGERS & CUTTING OFF THE TIP OF ANOTHER. [REATTACHED PER CALL 2/8/98]

OWNER WAS STEPPING UP ON CRAN, PAD WAS SITTING ON OUTRIGGER. HE STEPPED ONTO PAD & SLIPPED BACKWARDS CAUSING HIM TO HIS HIS LEG & HIP ON THE OUTRIGGER & THE FELL TO THE GROUND. HE SUSTAINED A MINER CUT & BRUISE. THE FALL WAS APPROX 3-4 FEET.
