EE was unloading a pneumatic trailer at the facility, when offloading was completed the EE reached to close the butterfly valve on the OTR truck trailer and felt a pop in right bicep. EE's physician diagnosed EE with a tendon strain/tear and placed EE on restricted duty pending follow-up exam. EE returned to full duty 7-1-2016 after follow-up.

Employee was loading a truck with Hydrated Lime product when the loading sock blew out of place and caused a cloud of lime. The employee got lime in his left eye and also inhaled some lime. The employee was taken to the doctor where it was recommended that the employee take a few days off of work to recover.
