TWO EMPLOYEES WERE CHANGING HAMMERS INSIDE A SPOKANE CRUSHER. ONE SWUNG HIS SLEDGE HAMMER TO LOOSEN AN ANVIL BUT INSTEAD HIT THE OTHER'S FINGER AGAINST A PIN WITH THE HAMMER HEAD.
