Asphalt Specialties Co., Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EE and crusher foreman were doing maintenance on crusher CR-27. They were changing blow bars on the crusher head when the wrench that EE was holding slipped off the bolt and EE pinched the tip of finger, cutting the finger. EE was wearing gloves. EE was taken to emergency room for stitches. EE is on restricted duty and will follow up with doctor.
