EE WAS USING A BLOW PIPE TO CLEAN SAW BLOCK. HE FELL ABOUT WAIST HIGH & HIT THE SIDE OF HIS FACE WITH A HARD IMPACT.

ROCK WAS SITTING ON SLOPE WHEN WORKERS UPPLED PIECE IN FRONT OF THE ROCK. THE ROCK SLID & CUT THE WORKER ON THE LEG.

THE GOUT CHAIN BEING USED HAD A TWIST IN IT. THE OPERATOR PICKED UP THE BLOCK BEFORE FLAGMAN COULD STOP HIM. THIS CAUSED THE CHAIN TO BREAK AND A SMALL PART OF THE CHAIN PUNCTURED THE LOWER AR M.
