EE WAS DRILLING CAP HOLES AND THE PLATE DRIFT BIT BROKE CAUSING HIM TO MASH AND CUT HIS FINGER. EE DID NOT WANT TO GO TO THE DR., HE CLEANED IT AND WENT BACK TO WORK.

EE WAS FOUND LAYING BESIDE THE FORKLIFT IN A POOL OF WATER. HE WAS PULLED AND RESUSITATED. HE WAS BREATHING AND PUT IN THE RECOVERY POSITION. HE WAS OPERATING THE FORKLIFT AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. THE FORKLIFT WAS STILL RUNNING & IN REVERSE THIRD GEAR.
