IT WAS DISCUSSED WITH OUR COMP CARRIER & THEY DECIDED IT WOULD BE BEST TO MAKE AN OUT OF COU9T SETTLEMENT & NOT INCUR THE HIGH LEGAL FEES & EXPENSES. THE CASE WAS SETTLED OUT OF COURT WITH OUR PROTEST OF T HE MATTER.
