DRILL OPERATOR HAD FINISHED DRILLING FACE & WAS LOADING DRILL ONTO SCOOP TO TRANSPORT IT TO NEXT PLACE WHEN HE COMPLAINED OF PAIN. HE WAS TAKEN TO BAPTIST REIONAL MEDICAL CENTER WHERE DR SAID CORD THAT LEADS FROM NAVEL TO SCROTUM WAS INJURED CASUING SEVERE PAIN.

IT WAS TIME TO GO HOME AND WE WERE GOING TO HANG CURTAIN. WENT TO LOADING AREA TO GET SOME CURTAINS AND WENT BACK TO #7 HEADING. GOT OFF JEEP TO PUT UP CURTAIN AND SHOT FIVER PUT OFF SHOT TH INKING HE WAS AT LOADING AREA. LACK OF COMMUNICATION WAS PROBLEM, INJURIES, SMALL CUT ON HEAD AND SOME BRUISES, TREATED AND RELEASED FOR WORK SOME DAY.
