EMPLOYEE HAULING COAL WITH BATTERY POWERED TRACTOR. RAISED HEAD UP TO LOOK WHERE HE WAS GOING HIT BUMP IN ROADWAY, SAID HEAD HIT ROOF CAUSING HIM TO FEEL DIZZY. FINISHED SHIFT SAID HE HAD SEEN DOCTOR AFTER HE WAS CALLED TELLING HIM ALL EMPLOYEES WERE LAYED OFF.
