OPERATOR PROCEEDED TO BOLT A RIGHT BREAK AT BREAK 17 ON MAIN LINE. HE STARTED BOLTING OFF SEQUENCE. AFTER HE HAD PUT UP HIS FIRST BOLT HE LOWERED THE ATRS & BEGAN TO MOVE MIACHINE TO NEXT PLAC E, WHEN A SLAB OF ROOF ROCK FELL OUT ABOUT 8' WIDE & APPROX 10" THICK, STRIKING HIM ON THE LOWER BACK CAUSING A MUSCLE STRAIN TO LOWER LEFT SIDE OF HIS BACK.
