EE WAS THE OPERATOR OF THE 992 C CAT ENDLOADER WHICH WAS BRING WORKED ON BY A MECHAINC EE REPORTED HE WAS STANDING ON THE TIRE AND FELL AND HIT THE LOADER BUCKET INJURED HIS BACK HE DID NOT RE PORT ANY INJURY TO HIS FOREMAN. HE WORKED THIS REST OF SHIFT THIS DAY AND 10 HRS SHIFT FOR EACH FOLLOWING 2 DAYS.
