EE WAS OPERATING A FRONT END LOADER AT THE HOT PLANT. AS HE WAS SCOOPING UP A BUCKET LOAD OF GRAVEL THE FACE OF THE STOCKPILE SLID DOWN ON THE BUCKET CAUSING THE REAR WHEELS OF THE LOADER TO C OME UP IN THE AIR. WHEN THE WHEELS CAME DOWN HARD HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS UPPER BACK AND THE AREA DID SWELL.
