EMPLOYEE WAS DUSTING BELT WHEN HE STOPPED ON A WET PLACE, EMPLOYEE SLIPPED TWISTING RIGHT KNEE.
PNEUMOCONIOSIS
EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING 4' RESIN BOLTS, BENDABLE. HE WAS USING THE HEAD OF ROOF BOLTING MACHINE TO PUSH BOLT UP IN THE HOLE WHEN THE BOLT SLIPPED CATCHING HIS LITTLE FINGER.
