INJURED WAS MOVING PINNER CABLE. THERE WAS A SMALL KNICK INCABLE THAT INJURED GRABBED AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE WASN'T WEARING GLOVES, HE WAS ELECTRICALLY SHOCKED.
