HE WAS OPERATIN1 A 992 LOADER WHEN HE BACKED INTO A ROCK,FORCING THE ENGINE GOVENOR TO STICK IN A WIDE OPEN POSITION AND BUSTING RADIATOR AND OIL COOLER. HE WAS UNABLE TO TURN ENGINE OFF IN TH E NORMAL WAY. H9 THEN GOT OFF THE LOADER AND WAS WORKING AROUND THE ENGINE TO TURN IT OFF. OIL AND WATER WAS SPILLING OUT AND HE SLIPPED AND FELL, INJURING HIS THUMB.
