HE WAS GOING TO CHECK ON AN OIL LEAK ON THE END LOADER. ANOTHER EE GAVE HIM A WRENCH TO CHECK IF BOLTS WERE TIGHT ON THE COVER OF THE HYDRAULIC TANK. HE WAS JUST GOING TO SEE IF THE WRENCH WAS THE RIGHT SIZE WHEN THE COVER BLEW OFF, HITTING HIM IN THE CHIN AND CHEST AND LEFT SHOULDER.
