THE ACCIDENT OC7URRED WHEN THE VICTIM WAS PARTICIPATING IN DETONATING A CHARGED ROUND FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A HIGHWALL FOR A FUTURE UNDERGROUND MINE OPENING AND WAS STRUCK BY FLYING ROCK FROM THE BLAST. 3
