Wet Plant was shut down in order to remove some jammed rocks from tail pulley on cone cross over belt on wash/plant, plant was unexpected turned on and hand got caught in the belt, because of a language barrier the co-worker thought they wanted the bump over turned on to move the rock. This caused EE's hand to get caught up in screen

Employee was on top of water truck turned to go down the ladder, hooked my right boot under lip of tank on top of step and lost balance. Fell down backwards hitting the ladder with back on the way down and landed on right hand and left side of face resulting in a broken right wrist and cut above my left temple.
