EMPLOYEE WAS ADJUSTING BELT ON BLOWER MOTOR ON ROOF BOLTE THE BAR SLIPPED HE WAS USING FINGER HIS HAND AT THE BELT PULLEY
PICKING UP A 50 POUND BAG OF ROCK DUST AND MOVING IT FROM ONE LOCATION TO ANOTHER. HE PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS SIDE.
INJ. WAS RUNNING THE CO. ON HIS OWN WITH NO HELP. HE WAS WORKING 2 SHIFTS WITH ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY AND STRESS. HE HAD ALL THE PHYSICAL & FINANCIAL PARTS OF THE JOB. THE STRESS WAS TOO MUCH FOR HIM & A BLOOD VESSEL RUPTURED IN HIS BRAIN.
