Contract truck driver had a heart attack in truck and passed away.
Employee really has no Idea of when and where the accident happened, but first noticed when he bent over to remove a rock from the feed hopper.
Mechanic was lifting air hammer into position & touched the trigger when not ready to activate. His left hand was forward the bit & the bit pinned his finger. Bit of air hammer fired landing on finger. Finger was between bit & pin being driven out.
