EE was removing a bucket tilt pin from a payloader. EE did not have the equipment's components blocked from motion. When removing the pin the hydraulic tilt components dropped, smashing EE's hand, causing several cuts on EE's fingers needing stitches. No broken bones, or surgery was needed. Employee was back to work the next day.

Water pump had blown one fuse. After replacing the fuse Employee was only getting two legs to the pump and it would not run. Employee removed the pump wires and while doing so one wire touched a hot lug and shorted out. Created an arc which burned the backside of both hands.
