Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object
Employee was assisting in the lifting of a pulley for the dredge pump and in guiding the pulley, EE's thumb was caught between the pulley and the guard rail. EE went to the local ER and got X-ray and stitches. EE was returned to full duty on 10/12/2022
