Poignant Gravel Pit · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EMPLOYEE GOT OFF THE LOADER WITHOUT SETTING THE BRAKE. HE THEN WAS UNHOOKING A ELECTRIC BOX FROM THE LOADER. HE WAS STANDING BETWEEN THE LOADER AND A CONVEYOR. THE LOADER PROCEEDED TO MOVE FOR WARD AND THEN PINCHED HIS RT. LEG.
