EE WAS INSTALLING A HYDRAULIC PUMP ON A PIECE OF HEAVY MACHINERY. THE PUMP SLIPPED AND MASHED HIS LEFT HAND. HIS LEFT INDEX AND MIDDLE FINGERS WERE CUT AND THE INDEX FINGER WAS FRACTURED.

MR HUGES WAS REMOVING THE BATTERY FROM FRONT END LOADER AND PULLED THE MUSCLES IN HIS LOWER BACK.
