While changing a flat tire on a Euclid R35 haul truck & putting on the new tire, a chain became unhooked & the tire tilted toward the truck sticking the EE between the truck final drive & the tire. The EE got some fractured ribs and a spot on the x-ray of liver. Please see write up & picture enclosed.
