AREA HAD BEEN BOLTED WIT H 4' RESIN BOLTS WITH ADDITIONAL SUPPORT CONSISTTING OF 9' COMBINATION BOLTS. NO INJURES, 1 MBC 2 BRIDGE WAS CAUGHT VENTILATION WAS NOT INTERRUPTED.
