EMPLOYEE WAS DROPPING A STRINF OF 3 EMPTY RAIL CARS WHEN THE BRAKE ON THE FRONT CAR BEGAN SLIPPING.THE CAR DROPPER THEN TRIED TO SLOW THE TRIP BY SETTING THE BRAKE ON THE SECOND CAR IN THE TRI P AND THE BRAKE ONTHE SECOND CAR WOULD NOT HOLD.HE THEN TRIED TO DISMOUNT FROM THE MOVING TRIP AS HE STEPPED TO THE GROUND HE PLACED HIS FOOT ON A PIECE OF COKE CAUSING HIM TO TRIP AND PSRAIN
