While walking down an incline to clean out an obstruction in a culvert caused by beaver activity, EE took a step and felt a burning sensation in EE's left knee area. EE has worked every day since and had a procedure on 02/27/2026. EE returned to work on EE's next scheduled shift.

Employee was holding a wrench when another employee accidentally hit his arm with a crib/wooden block and cut his arm. Sutures required.

EE is having hernia surgery due to a strain to the groin. He was lifting dryer wear plates and strained himself. Started missing work 1/21/09

Prying with pry bar and hit upper lip and broke some teeth. Went to the dentist to get teeth repaired. No lost time.
