WHILE DOING PRESHIFT EXAMINATION FOREMAN FOUND THAT RIBS HAD SLUTHED OFF MORE THAN USUAL HIS SUPERVISOR WAS NOTIFIED AND DECISION WAS MADE TO MOVE THE SECTION TO ANOTHER AREA OF THE MINE. EQUI PMENT WAS MOVED AS FAR AS POSSIBLE POWER CENTER MOVED AND WHILE THE MEN WERE HOOKING UP POWER CENTER AT NEW LOCATION THE 2ND SOUTH EAST PANEL FELL.
