EE WAS REMOVING A STEEL BEAM IN A PREPARATION PLANT. THE PIECE OF STEEL WAS BEING SECURED BY A TRUCK MOUNTED CRANE. AS THE LAST BOLT WAS CUT LOOSE THE STEEL SWUNG & HIT HIM ABOVE THE LEFT EYE.
