HIGHWALL FELL AT THE MINE FACE UP IN THE #3 BELTENTRY FALLING ON THE ROOF BOLTER. SIZE OF THE FALL WAS 18' WIDE 10' THICK ADN 15' LONG. MINING WAS STEPPED AND MINES PERMANENTLY ABANDONED
