Worker was pushing and pulling on a handle that was stuck on the Pea Gravel Tank. While doing this he hurt his lower back.

Injured EE and another EE were in a manlift going to the top of the bagging elevator. The basket shifted when they turned and EE's hand was caught between the basket handrail and a walkway handrail. About 3/4 of EE's finger was peeled back.

IT WAS VERY COLD OUTSIDE THERE WAS ICE ON THE RACK OUTSIDE THE DRIVER HAS TO CLIMB ONTO THE RACK TO CLOSE THE HATCHES ON THE TRAILER WHEN HECLIMBED UP THERE & STEPPED INTO THE BAR HE SLIPP ED & FELL HURTING HIS GROIN AREA
