EE was operating dozer. It was overheating and he decided to take radiator cap off without letting engine cool down. Burn to left hand and wrist. Treated at ER and released.
Struck by falling object
It was very cold. While cleaning frozen material from conveyor belt, a piece of frozen material broke off and fell on left foot.
