operator was preparing 2011 Lokotrack 105 to be loaded on lowbed trailer. Operator was removing wedge on the rear wing when the wing dropped down hitting operator on the head. The operator failed to lift wing using hydraulics to make sure hydraulics were charged and holding up the wing which is what is stated to do in the operator's manual.
